Account failure

My sister Quinasa can not get onto her account in the forums. She never recieved an email to conirm her web site account but she can log onto the game. Is there any way she can get a confirmatin email about her web site account? Thanks.

The forum account has nothing to do with the game account.

Jhon Sivan had the same problem he acidentaly put .net instead of .com behind his e-mail for acount activation on fourm acount so I know who to contact to get it fixed.
here is your contact to fix this problem he may deleete the origonal fourm acount that isn't active yet so that it can be re-entered in a way that it may work .
