Naggy Bag Problem

My sister Quinasa is having a bag problem. She can open her depot and access the things inside but she cannot access anything inside her bags. The stupid bags won't open. All her gold and armour (etc...) are in these bags. What should she do? Please help her.

I just checked that with her character.
I was able to open the bags and her depot.
(So dont be scared when the Char changed Position)
Bags open with a Right-Click and the Depot opens with a Shift + Left-Click.
Ifs this does not work it mght be a local problem on this PC.
