I just got my account quest thing but its in german. I dont believe I created my character and said my language was german. So is it possible to get an english version of my quest. If so thanks if not Ill try and find a online translator

I thought of that myself. But Im not sure though. Well is there a way to remedy this problem?

the same thing happened to me i get a german one when i speak english but luckuly i have a german-to-english translator

There are to possibilities that such a case might happen:

1st (most usual):
The User created his character and selected "German/Deutsch" as the language to this character.
In return you will recive a german eMail when requesting this Character.

2nd (uncommon):
Someone put you in the wrong folder when processing to your Account Request.
Human Mistakes might happen.

i am 110% shure i asked for an english sheet i scaned my creation form about 5 times to make shure and every thing was fine so i want ahead

any way i think it was a human mistake(uncomon)

but i might have 10/20 vision and see things in a diffrent way
