I am Tobias Rieper, Benedict of the Black Emerald House. I have come from the distant world of Maeva, searching for an infamous criminal Konstantin Khavanskii, who is hiding somewhere on this island. If someone in this city is covering him and giving him protection, surrender him immediately to the justice of the Black Emerald Family.

It is a fact known to us that Konstantin Khavanskii (aka Kurt Dosenbern, aka Kurtis Dagris, aka Montigano Le’Rougell, aka Vinchence Dissaparecido, aka Count Konrad Knox, aka Korvin Konnor, aka Duke Clod Vigorski) entered this world and is seeking protection. It is known that Illarion is giving this rotten worm a refuge.

I have been sent to seek out Konstantin and bring him to justice of our court. This man is extremely dangerous; he is a cold-blooded assassin, thief, and a liar, he is a killer without mercy, morals, or regret. He is a professional in sabotage and infiltration able to disappear instantly, always striking in the back.

Fortunately, when Konstantin ran from our world, we managed to give him an incurable wound; we took most of his power, and weakened his abilities. He barely escaped his punishment, and now is probably seriously injured. He is weak now and can barely raise his arm, so capture him now before he becomes a dangerous killing machine again. Right now he is nothing but a weak human, so catch your chance to capture him now before he heals and develops his abilities again.

Khavanskii is accused in infiltration of the Black Emerald Castle, and in an assassination attempt of our ruler, Lester Gigeroff, the Divine Leader of Black Emerald Order, and is accused in killing his daughter Eva. Konstantin Khavanskii travels through worlds and causes destruction. He managed to silently infiltrate the best-guarded fortresses and to assassinate many powerful monarchs. In our water world of Maeva he had been found guilty in the following crimes:

Destruction of 264 vessels belonging to the Black Emerald Order.
5 cases of ruthless murder.
26 counts of piracy.
348 cases of thievery.
2 cases of illegal use of magical portals and space tunneling.

For these crimes he had been sentenced to the highest measure of punishment – death.

Be aware that Konstantin is also a vile traitor and a backstabber. In his home world he is given a title of Arch-Traitor for turning against his family’s House, and killing his younger sister and his own father.
I will be expecting to receive Konstantin from you in the next couple of days. I have been instructed to bring him ALIVE to Maeva at all costs. Upon arrival at the Black Emerald House he will be executed at the main stadium for entertainment of the Order’s loyal followers.

Attention, if Troll’s Bane does not surrender this ruthless criminal, we would be forced to take him by other means. More than that, whoever captures him first will receive a reward beyond their imagination.

How do we know what you say is true and not a lie to bring out Konstantin because you are jealous of his abilties or something like this? And how do we know your Black Order are not evil and Konstantin is on the side of good?

Dear citizens of the island, all accusations are false, at least the numbers are incorrect: more like 300 vessels of the Order.

Listen, my friends and my enemies, both. One thing for sure: I did not kill Eva! She loved me. She wanted to get away from her tyranical home with me, she mademe promise that I take her on my ship, so I took her with me as I was ready to leave on my sloop. But as we were fleeing, they opened fire. They waited till she got on board my sloop, and then they shot her themselves. She died on my hands! She was a good girl! They shot me too, in the shoulder, and my arms let go of her body. She fell in the water.
They made it look like I kidnapped her, and shot her myself and threw her corpse in the water.

As for my family - it's the worst nightmare I ever had. I killed my younger sister because she was a trained murderer sent by my father to kill me.
This gets complicated, but I am accused injustly. Just know that I am innocent of what they say, I'm not that person anymore. These people are evil, they are powerful, and they will not stop until they are stopped.

Also, they are liars, they will never get you any reward. They will simply drag me away to the prison and dissappear into a magic portal made of lightning. They never gave rewards for criminals arrest.

The letter is embalmed upon the wall with a black wax showing a small insignia.
