questions regarding my the account system...

Godday Illarion...
I today discovered this game by using my best friend google.com
I was gladly surprised to see that such a free online-rpg was to find. So I eager, as I sometimes, get started reading the rules, downloading the client and so on. Then I launched the game, and went for what my logical sense told me, the slot "create new". So I created a character called "Mirohn" and typed "GO". Then I got a message that I had not activated my account and refered me to the "Account Request" on Illarion.de, I followed the advice and went in there, typed in what it asked me to do and started waiting. Then I discovered the forum and I decided to look into it, and now I have been sitting for approx. 30 minutes studying posts and replies regarding the creation of an account. I heard something about a story, and something else about account request. Is there other ways to request an account than filling out the three bars on the site? I would be glad to send the GM's the story of my character if that is required.

P.S. I think I might have been so confused and ignorant and created two of my "Mirohn"'s, if I did I apologize and asure you that it was because of lack of experience to this game.
