Hermie klagt die Echse Ysepa an, ihn umgebracht zu haben.

Gardiff möchte hier mit eine weitere Anklage gegen die Echse Ysepa erheben, welche ihn am 4.1. ohne ersichtlichen Grund tötete.

So ich bin hier um etras zu meiner verteidigung zu sagen.

zum ersten anklagepunkt:

dieser halbling hat mich am schwanz gezogen, ist weg gelaufen.Unsere Schwanz ist uns Echsen heilig. Er sagt zwar, das er das nicht war, das ist und war aber nicht nachzuvollziehen. Er kam später wieder, um mir nach zulaufen und mich mit komischen kommentaren zu traktieren. Ich sagte, wenn auch auf meine eigene art ("you want me to kill you?"), dass er das unterlassen sollte. darauf konterte er frech mit sowas wie "catch me if you can".
Gesagt getan. Ende.

zum zweiten anklagepunkt:
ich hatte gerade meine arbeitskleidung angelegt, um mich meiner arbeit, dem kohlzüchten, zu widmen. ich wollte aus dem shop gehen, da stand dieser mensch im weg. ich war nur mit meinen fäusten bewaffnet. uchg wollte ihn beiseiteschubsen. da stolperte ich und meine faust landete im im gesicht.((ooc: ich wollte schubsen, und bin zu früh von der strg taste gerutscht)). ich reagierte mir verwunderung. wer könnte ahnen, dass er auf einen meiner schwachen fausthiebe direkt mir tot reagieren würde.

so verbleibe ich, das ist die volle warheit, ich hoffe auf ein weisen richterspruch.

I sent to you my testimony by dove, I request that it should be placed here accordingly. However, should it be lost I shall gladly write it again. I apologise for my delayed reply, yet I am housebound with injury.

Here is Hermies testimony:

Greetings to you Lyrenzia,

Earlier today I was attacked and murdered by the lizard known as Ysepa. I was walking through town, I must say I was in a rather giddy mood after drinking wine and pies. When I saw this lizard for the first time I said "Lizzy" and walked to my friend, then she said "You want me to kill you?" I thought this was nothing more than a joke and said "Can't catch me!" And I ran away.

I went back after a few seconds thinking the joke was over I returned but I was hit by some kind of distance weapon (( i dont know because it was never #me'd )). I saw this was the same lizard and after running away I thought I could return to sort things out but i was killed.

I returned to town after visiting the cross and I found the lizard in the shop, I asked for her name and she told me it was Ysepa, and there was a human who seemd to know who she was. I asked her why she killed me and she said it was because I pulled her tail which I can say I did not. I asked if she could tell the difference between halflings and she seemed not to care whom she killed. After speaking with John Irenicus he suggested I request a trial and so here it is.
