Hello,
during the next 2-3 weeks several people of the staff will be on holiday. Thus requests of any kind will take longer. Also in case of a server-crash this will take propably longer than usuall.

während der nächsten 2-3 Wochen werden einige Leute aus dem Team im Urlaub sein. Folglich werden Anfragen jeglicher Art länger brauchen. Im Falle eines Serverausfalls wird ebenso wahrscheinlich keine schnelle Hilfe erfolgen.
Wie dem auch sei:
schönes Weihnachtsfest und einen schönen Jahreswechsel.
