Request for Trial - Badmosche...

Excuse me, dear Sirs, but, I have something to report... and it's sad, at the same time, because it is so petty...

I met this man, at the tavern, outside the depot, on my way back from cutting trees.

I should have suspected something, since it took forever to talk to this man, and he would hardly reply to me, for most anything I said...

I asked him if he bought anything on a regular basis, and in general I was trying to start up a moment of trade... seeing what he wanted, what he sold, that sort of thing...

Regardless, we settled on onions... I only had seventeen (17) on me, at the moment, and he said that would be fine. He asked what I was taking for them, and I said one gold each.

As the thief Kale has taught me, always discover their names. We both introduced ourselves, and I found his name was Badmosche. ((verified, as we both #i'd, and F12 showed it was valid)).

So, I said 17 onions for 17 gold.... after I gave him all 17 onions, he then, as if I had never said anything about it, what I was taking for them...

Needless to say, I was confused, because I thought we had already agreed upon a price. Regardless, I then spent at LEAST the next 20 minutes trying to talk to this man, to get him to realize that I was awaiting payment.

When he wasn't standing there like an absolute TREE and saying nothing, and doing nothing ((no talking, no emotes (#me) nothing!)), that when he DID say something, it was near nonsensible and unintelligible. It was hard to understand him, and Badmosche seemed to not be in a mood to allow me to get an answer from him, on anything.

I found Alveran protecting our fair city from a mummy that had wandered near Eliza's shop, and told him of it. He followed me, and Badmosche was still standing there, like a stump in the ground.

Alveran confronted him, and asked him what his deal was. Badmosche, with no surprise to me, simply answered "ehrrmmmm"... twice.... basically, if he wasn't going to give ME the respect to a conversation, he wasn't going to afford it to Alveran either.

Now, I'm not saying this man, Badmosche, should be jailed for LIFE, but he should be made to see the consequences to his actions, for stealing.

Oh, and I repeated asked Mr Badmosche, if he WANTED me to report him, to the authorities, and after about five minutes, he simply said "Yeah", as if he could care less about it. I asked a couple times, to make sure he understood what I was going to do, and his responses, when there were any even PRESENT, seemed to indicate he could care less if I reported him or not, or even lived or died on the spot.

I don't want this man dead, and I won't seek to do him any harm, but I would advise a trial and jailtime for this man, and for anyone else in the business of trading to avoid this man, and not give him anything, unless he PAYS FIRST.

((Also, to GM's, please traceroute Badmosche as we suspect it was NOT the owner of the character, and likely someone who hacked his password, or in some other way gained access to his character, as this person was not roleplaying, or even reacting to anything that was going on or what people were saying..... I suspect he was out of window a lot of the time, on AIM or MSN or some other chat thing))

I am guilty. Nothing more to say.

I accept Lyrenzias punishment! I'm prepared for exil.

Sorry Trager
