I'm guessing the Regalia of Savants is a book. And it is required to read a druidry book i found in the library, a recipie for firnis blossoms to be exact. But what i want to know is if this book has been put in the game yet, where i can find it, if its for sale, and how much. Basically I'll take any information you are willing to give on the subject. I've asked IG left and right, and all the druids i've found learned all thier potions before the update, so they all know nothing about it. Please clear this up for me.

Not being funny and I don't know for sure but I would say "Regalia of Savants" means Ceremonial clothes and decorations of learned persons.

ah your right i never even thought to check dictionary.com, its a garmet of prestige! Well does anyone know anything about this or where i can get it, or if its been implemented yet?

there was a message similar to this posted called occult weapons. Are those items in that forum the "regalia of savants?"
