Descending the ladder within the library Kaja feels a chill run down hes spine as he enters the darkness.......
Why did the silly dwarf have to come down here?
Kaja had been following the Dwarf grimbard for some time, after hours working hes cabbage fields he'd eventually saved enough money to buy himself a shield.
Oh yes, a nice new shield..
Kaja remembers the dwarfs words
' If ye ever need any tools or Armour Kaja come and speak to me'
So that was what Kaja was trying to do, little did he know the peril which awaited him.........
Upon reaching the bottem of the ladder the orc could make out a table and a few objects scattered about a small room in which he know stood, there was only one exit to be seen, Grimbard must have gone that way.
Running to the door Kaja could see the dwaf up ahead. As Kaja was about to yell out hes greeting Grimbard turns down a side tunnel.
' Argh Stoopid Dwarf .'
Kaja runs down the corridor and turns down the side passage to get greeted by a dead end.
Strange Kaja was sure the Dwarf went this way..
Walking down the passage way Kaja hears some voices beyond the wall..
'' Hmm where voices come from. '
Upon closer inspection Kaja makes out small openings along the side of the passage, not large enough to fit through, but hey head will fit through for sure.
Peering through the oppening Kaja makes out two Dwarfs, one being Grimbard, speaking to the Elf Maiden Delia.
The Dwarf which Kaja doesnt recognise speak's a strange tongue which kaja doesnt understand, but kaja can tell hes been seen.
The wall uphead grinds open to reveal the dwarf Grimbard standing in a small Gateway.
Grimbard Thunders ' Run Orc!! ' and proceeds to pull forth a wiked looking Axe.
Kaja stands still at first in shock and then put's hes hand to the small dagger which he uses to cut hes cabbages
' Wha!! '
Grimbard runs forward and in a sweeping motion sends hes Axe crashing into Kajas Arm..
' Aargh! '
Kaja falls to the floow holding the wound and starts to try and crawl away.
Why was Grimbard the person who said would help him attacking him.
Grimbard looms over Kaja.
' Stupid Orc! '
Kaja see's the sheen of silver as the axe falls towards hes head..
