Lyrenzia Foundation: Request for Trial

Hello.. my name is Trager Maxinoff... and I am applying for a trial of a man fitting the description of (533**). ((I feel I should be able to post his full number, as you'll see why in a few lines))
He claims his name is Rith, and that he's a great merchant, with ties to Silverbrand and the Magic Academy, and all kinds of other things.
He claims to have bottles for sale, magic books, druid books, coal, and any number of other things...
I'd warn people to not trust this man. He's a human male, and he's a thief.
We negotiated 200 of my bottles, which I worked hard to make, against his hundred blocks of coal.
I, thinking it was an honest trade, put 100 of my bottles down, while getting another hundred out, for the second part of the trade.
He acted like he was distracted, and simply forgot to give me my coal he got payment for. When I reminded him, he acted suprised that he had forgotten.
At that, he threw down a tomato, claiming that was the payment, and ran from the smithy building.
I ran after him, attempting to catch up with him and ask him what his problem was.. but then he mysteriously disappeared ((also known as: logged off right in front of me)).
I need to know what my full rights are, in reguard to should I ever see this man, face to face again.. and what I am allowed to do, or should do, at this point.
Please let me know, because I am very angry at this man, and my focus has depressingly changed from being a merchant, to that of someone wishing to introduce him to some of my finer wares, with regard to my blacksmithing hobby.
Thank you....
