I know the Devs might be busy with their lives and have far more important things to do than what I am about to say, but atleast think of it please . I will make this short and to the point. Can Illarion add a Single Player mode which allows you to see how it is in the Online Multi-Player? I think this would ease people's thoughts and make their waiting time seem shorter if they can just logg into and interactive City. I am not trying to say...Oh Well Lets Add An Offline RPG With Quests and Lots Of Items.


I just want to be able to talk to some people that are Npc's and get a kick out of walking around the town previewing how the game might seem...I don't know if you would like a city divided into all the races types of cities...or just make a city for each character type they choose.

Example: You pick a Lizardman and you appear in an underwater village,Or an Elf lets say a tree/green/flowerfull/garden town, maybe a Dwarf and you appear in an offline version of Silverbrand,Or make Trollsbane Offline. Catching on? Well if you are then this might help the people who are just wanting to play a part of the game without waiting, or if they get rejected and need to resend and wait for their response agian.

I already proposed this somewhere but they said it just isn't possible.

They didn't excatly say it isn't possible. They just said they don't want to scare someone of.

For example, they don't want that King_Monsterkiller4537 is in the same room as Ilwennor Merion. Do you know what I mean? So when they meet, the Monsterkiller guy could let him think "Irks..I thought they pay attention to the names [...] I don't wanna play this game anymore it's just like any other game"
Do you see the problem now? Illarion would have lost a good rp'ler just because he met this unacceptable monsterkiller guy.

What do you mean by MonsterKiller guy? I had some trouble with that

I must have read it wrong but I thought he wanted a one-player version of illarion, to walk around and such just you and the npc's, sorry. This would solve the "scaring off" problem. This probobly goes into people editing the server files required to play the game.

You can edit the Server files to make the game 1 player mode ???? Well that would be good. I hope somone will take time to think about this.

Well there is programming on the server probobly some kind of "Illarion-master client" or something with files the devs use to edit and change illarion. These could be manipulated perhaps used to find out how to mess with the server or some such madness.
