Circle of scribes

With this we are intinating the founding of the "Circle of scribes". The problem with the bilingualism of the Troll's Banes population in following the daily happenings and in interceding between two parties are more and more increasing. Out of this reason some people of vast reading came together to offer their services. They are doing all kinds of translations, furthermore they are writting poems for special oppertunities, contracts and offical scripts and they write sripts for citizens who are not able to write.

The payment for this work is as following:

Writings - 2 Gold/ per Line
Translation - 4 Gold/per Line
Poem and Song - 6 Gold/per Line
Simple Contract - 4 Gold/per Line
Official Contract - 6 Gold/per Line

Zirkel der Schriftgelehrten

Hier mit geben wir die Gründung des "Zirkels der Schriftgelehrten" bekannt. Es hat sich immer stärker herausgestellt, dass die Sweisprachigkeit der Bevölkerung von Troll's Bane große Probleme darstellt, wenn es darum geht dem täglichen Geschehen zu folgen, oder zwischen zwei Parteien zu vermitteln. Aus diesem Grund haben sich einige belesen Mitbürger zusammen gefunden um ihre dienste anzubieten. Sie tätigen jede Art der Übersetzungsarbeit, darüberhinaus schreiben sie aber auch Gedichte für besondere Anlässe, Verträge und offiziele Schriften und verfasst Schriften für Mitbürger, die des Schreiben nicht mächtig sind.


Die Bezahlung dieser Dienste lautet wie folgt:

Schreibstücke - 2 Gold/pro Zeile
Übersetzungen - 4 Gold/pro Zeile
Gedichte und Lieder - 6 Gold/pro Zeile
Private Verträge - 4 Gold/pro Zeile
Offizielle Verträge - 6 Gold/pro Zeile

Good people of the Circle of Scribes,

Aristeaus once told me about this guild, and I never acted upon the knowledge. With Aristeaus leaving the island, I fear your guild has found yourselves a member short. I do not believe that I could ever replace him, for I am sure that he brought more than his knowledge and work to your guild, but, rather, I feel I could carry some of the weight that he once carried for you.

In summation, I would like to join your guild, as long as my membership with the Order of the Seeker does not interfere with my duties or vice versa. I do not know the Old Tongue, but I am a master of the New Tongue. I find myself to be utterly without art, so I would not make much of a poet or song writer. Although I lack these knowledges, I would excell at correcting the grammar of translations. I could also write contracts, among other things.

If you find these things acceptable, please contact me in person or by written letter.

Dieser Orden wurde vor langer Zeit inaktiv, besonders weil viele Mitglieder verschwunden sind oder sich nur verstecken. Egal wie es ist sind sie nicht mehr da um für den Orden zu arbeiten.

Die Frage ist, wird die Arbeit des Ordens noch benötigt? Und wenn ja, gibt es jemanden der ihn leiten und für ihn arbeiten würde?
