Shooting off of buidlings

Not sure if it is just me but I cannot target anything on the ground from the second floor, the target just blinks on and off. I tried this off of darlok's castle onto the ogres. This is probobly the way it is for anti-pk reasons but it hurts the bowman firing down from the crenalations of a castle, as the bowman's main defence is range.
