So Will i get my account, if it was accepted, on wed nov 5? Or is that just when they will start to go through them.

Was it accepted? I dont think so, at least I cannot find something that hints to this.

You can apply for an Account from 5th November on.

when you sent your character and his stats in, that is when they begin the process. it may take up to 2 weeks before everything is said and done.

The problem is I sent in my char day before halloween(oct 30) Don't know if that was before or after the little ban thing on accounts. So should i send in my request again? or wait till Nov 11?

At the present moment we cannot work (efficently) on account requests.
If you did not got any response from us, please wait after the new account stop runs out.

Wait until November 11th, 2003 to send any character requests. (Accounts, adding a character, etc.) You can spend the time to work on your story, but don't send it just yet.

i've requested for an account and waited for more than a week and still havent got a reply. Do i request at the web site or in game?

Oh, and if you made your character's name "DarkPaladin", like your forum name, I can tell you that it will never get accepted

You did not create a Character with that name.

Arius Krewl... I guess it would be accepted... But your last name sounds like 'cruel'... That would be the only negative thing about your name.

Why are the naming conventions so strict? I didn't understand what was wrong with 'Dark Paladin' 'Dark Warrior' or 'Skull Crusher', and I don't see how because the name Kreul or whatever is illegal because it's negative.

I understand that this is a role playing community and all but, in all RPG's there are bad guys too!

I just think that players shouldn't rule out all 'evil' or "negative" names, as they serve an important role in the RPG Theme.

I, personally, don't like when people choose names that aren't actually names. I was just wondering what the big deal was. But, I did read the Naming Rules.

It is a big deal considering the general 'role-play-atmosphere' for our players.
I cannot expect to have a nice roleplay when i am accompanied from:
"SkillStar" and his buddy "MasterONE".

What do these names tell me? Those people have no the slightes clue what kind of game this is.
(Or these characters realy had some cruel parents.)

These Player (actualy they are no players here) did not even bother to read our name rules, what is strongly recommended in our opening text at the news page.

There once was a time where no namechecks and accounts where present, belive me, sometimes it was unplayable and unenjoyable.

You know leothorn... You are correct in saying there are bad character, but being a bad character doesn't mean your name needs to be 'Joseph Bloodblade'. You can have a perfectly normal name and still be evil.

ps- some people ingame think my character Grant is evil... But his name is normal and you can use a normal name to your advantage, more saps would give you free tools with a nice name then with a evil sounding name.

I don't know if this is the correct forum, but I made a mistake.
When I created an account I forgot to write the background story, and then I already used the link on the site account request and filled in the data and send it. Then I did it again(with some other char name) and with background story. Could this be a reason why I haven't been accepted yet?

There is neither a Character named "Arius Dynamis" to be found in our Database, nor is there a Request for this Character/Account in our Inbox.

How are you supposed to play if you didnt do any of the things you need to to?

hw can that be.... i even saw wit my own eyes that i went to the illarion home page went to request account and typed in detais and requested it.

did you create it with the client?

I'm not trying to be impatient but I can't help myself...how long does it generally take for an acount request to go through? And do I need a last name for my character? Or can his name just be his first?

It takes as long as it takes.

Read the namerules, afterwards you should be sure if your name is good or not.

When it say, "create the Character FIRST", than you should obey, shouldnt you?

To create the character use the Creation-Tool of the Client.
