And you have the training to do such a thing Deies? What a range of expertise you seem to have, but I would rather defend myself in a court than have someone who will not know all the facts.

I would like to think of my self as some what skilled in the court of law. Yet, if you do not want ot hire any of us, you don't have to. The training is quite hard, although the first few lessons are and introductry to the art. Then we move on to roleplaying and combining the skills and such. As for the facts, that is what and investigation is for. All you have is an explanation, especially since you are not trying ot be punished the person may lie. Once the bulletin is up the Code of Conduct states that if a lawyer has any doubts of the "fact" he shall not present it.

You can have all the lawyers money can buy, the only thing that matters is if the "judges" like you or not.

That is not true justices. Freedom shall not be a biased desicion. Also, this is not a post nearly for the discussion but for any aspiring lawyers who wish to join.

Tell them that.

Just because you do not think the court was right, does not mean it was biased. That is an opinion, not a fact.

Your strange litle project is doomed to failure, Deies.

If I may quote you:
Section 1

All investigation must be valid. To be valid a trustworthy witness must agree with your story, when asked upon spontaneously. A trustworthy witness is someone who has a good reputation.
And yet, you are thinking about training known and repeating offenders as lawyers?

Mishrack, there past references has nothing to do with it.

Give him a chance, let him show us what he's capable of. The last thing we need is people putting a new guild down before it even starts.

It's not lawyers people need to buy, it's judges. Don't believe me? Ask certain Lyrenzia council members.

Algoran.

Haha, that was funny

Instead of feeding it, why not put a stop to it. If you believe it is corrupt why would you want to make it more corrupt.

Pretend you have a voice if you like, but many of us know better. Your witnesses are only as good as Lyrenzia say they are. You have twenty witnesses to say you didn't do something and they are ignored. A friend of lyrenzia says you did do it and it's jail or death for you. You should of stopped Lyrenzia when they first came. Too late now.

Algoran.

20 to 1 eh? I wonder if you have any proof of such a case out of any of the 40 or so trials so far. I challenge you to find a case of even only 5 to 1, in which the court's verdict involved the disbelief of the actual physical events that occured as told by the testimonies of 5 WITNESSES where relevant to the guilt of the defendant, even though it is already laughable enough that you would argue about "twenty witnesses say you didn't do something" in when the onus in court is to prove guilt, not prove innocence.

You are right of course. I bow before the mighty defenders of the glorious Lyrenzia. Your messengers have been to see me and I understand.

Algoran.

The training teaches more then stating facts, but I can not tell my techinques. Being a laqyer is more then just stating what anyone else can.

Laughable.
