Hmmm... I'm trying to write music suited to Illarion. I was going to post this on the other topic where it was discussed, but that one was seemingly locked... Anyway, here is a sample.

I can write music for different themes, just tell me what you want.

Nice,
But we need no more midi files. The new format is OggVorbis, it is Audio.
Please don't record midifiles and convert to Ogg.
Thanks
Yakin

OggVorbis? Where can I get a program that saves to this format?
Oh, and don't worry, Brendan, I know you didn't mean it.

I think it would be great for illarion to have some new music rather than having the same old song play over and over and over again. It can be used to set the mood during quests.

It is a bit bad, Only when the drums kick in. the other part soudsn like a classic SNES Rpg music, Which rocks. But make the chimes whatever they are a little lower. What di dyou use to create this?

I once found an mp3 of the illarion walking/adventure music or similar
open your favorite CD buying device, and search for Corvus Corax, I believe and it will be under Merseburger Zauberspruche or similar
or contact me via ICQ or MSN and I'll send

Nice work Paul.
But we are doing the music allready.
If you like to make some music, dont use midi. It sound auwful, cause it doesnt exits a standard. So it depends on which PC you are playing it.
Use the wav-format for doing music - if you like to. Send it to Yakin or me and we will transform it, if it fit to the concept. And tell us where do you think the music should be placed.
@ all others
In the new version it may be neccessary to let the music on, if you like to hear where you are
