can people be a theif right now? as in like the game is set up with which you can become a theif?

Easily. steal at batering. Halfling have the hiding advantage though. they can hide easily.

Batering? what about a thing thats like someone reachs into your pocket and you try to steal a random or item you picked from his bag?

I think he meant bartering, aka the trading of items. there is no safe trade system, trading on the ground or on tables is the only way I know of to trade, a theif can come sneaking around and snatch the items and run for his life. You can roleplay picking someones pocket, but you'll probobly get just that, their pocket. If I have some change and someone tries this I usually toss down some coins just because they are accually trying at roleplay, then I just keep walking like nothing ever happend while the little bugger scurries away.

There is no technical way of thieving implemented yet, at least not for the public.
As the others said, you can steal what people drop or roleplay the theft and hope you didn't catch some superhero who has eyes everywhere...

I pray to god that they never let people steal from your pockets because then everyone would be a thief pretty much and it would get wat out of hand....and if they got caught they would just run off. No thanks...Thieves should just have to steral during trading

Maybe, but like my cloaking idea, only let the GMs distribute the items, to players trustworthy enough.

But, I can imagine a hobbit if he were to abuse this, despite the fact hobbits would make good thieves...
