Well id like to say i have read some posts where people say that they have been rejected 2 times and that they are a bit upset "My story was good" Aperantly not, look here i tried 7 times untill i was accpeted, so dont shoot for the stars just try til youmake it

wowness hehe, that wudda took ye like 7 weeks to get accepted... oh well but it is worth the wait

you think 7 weeks is bad... i sent one in and yanno how it says be paitent and wait a month back then i waited 3 months to get nothing in return not even a rejection letter.. then with the same character i waited 1 month to get the letter 1 week to Reject it.. so i started over.. it took me like 6-8 months to get in with my character..

Heh.. I'm coming up on a month, myself...
Created character, requested at website (or, whatever was the correct order, which I did in the correct order, but probably misquoting now), and have been waiting at least 3 weeks now...
On the bright side, I think people are getting to know me on the forums... now, to get into the game.. that would be a trick, methinks...

... as this is semi-on-topic....
If you think it's been a while, and you've received neither a rejection or your story questions... um.... what's the 'acceptable method' to use for checking on status, that won't piss anybody off, and so you don't send another account/character request in, when they were just getting ready to send an email to you anyway in the next couple of days?

Well I have waited about 1 year now, not for an respond to come in but to sign up. I was still playing another good rp game. I have a low level and gave up because it has gotten boring, for I have known more secrets and knowledge in the game then being strong. So then I tried signing up about 3 times on my forum name with the account name Saionjik. It failed I quit trying and I have just come back and decided it is worth the wait. I sent out my application got accepted within 1 day then I sent out my story but it has not come back. I hope it does not end up like my other 3 tries.
Accepted on 31 October but still not activated

Well I just wanted to throw in my two cents and say that I have enjoyed reading all the post, there has been some interesting topics and replies. I just cant wait to enter into this new world of adventure and meet some of these creative folks on the Island. Until then (hopefully soon) Willie Puddifoot

I'm estatic! i sent in my request on halloween and then my story and just said i got in! just need some time to activate me! too bad it wasn't under hanuman, but its still good. I'll be seeing you all.

Heh, it has barely been over a week for me and I am reading of wait-times measured by the month, and some over a year. Well, I do not think I have ever heard anything negative from the people that have gotten in.
It sounds well worth the wait.
