a multi char who walks around attacking anything he sees, first paralysing them with powerful yeg kel, then runing under nearest wall so you cant see him, and then he just covers the whole area with his foul spells, or arrows.

He carries many many mana pots, so can stay hidden for a long time.

this kind of tactic is just impossible to fight against!
we can't find him, and if we get close, he just sends 20-30 yeg kels on you...

so far he has broken several Illarion rules, such as:

1. Basic Rules
Illarion is a roleplaying game. Every behaviour not according to role play should be reduced to a minimum.

3. Insults
Every kind of insults toward players (the person in front of the monitor, not the character inside the game) as well as racistic or sexistic expression are not allowed at all.

7. Playerkilling
The killing of characters without a role play reason or multiple killing in a short time is not allowed. New players which aren't familiar with the game should be treated friendly and with care as long as they are not acting agressive.

9. Powergaming
If a character does the same action repeatedly for a longer time to increase his skills, then it is called powergaming. A harder case would be if a player is absent from computer in this time (watching TV or something). Example: casting attack spells on yourself. Powergaming is not allowed in Illarion.

this should be more than reason enough to ban him...

him and his pals do a variation on res killing, they get a powerful monster and double shield to powergame parry at the cross, then when a cloud comes they push the monster so the cloud gets res killed, they tried it once on me, but after I figured it out I pushed it to ones girlfriend, and POOF gone:)

I agree.   This pking is getting way out of hand...breaking 4 rules or more rules in Illarion should be grounds for immediate banning.

let us declare marshall law until the next build and server and amil aprroach come in, break a rule you get 2warnings, persist and be killed on sight!
