I, Damien, hereby accuse the halfling "Rustas Ocklam", of murder, and tried murder.

My witnesses are Pellandria, the human, and Rynt, the elb.
From Rynts words, it was obvious that Rustas also killed him, and tried to kill him a second time.


To describe the situation : I heard voices from the upper library roof. Someone (Rustas Ocklam) tried to persuade someone else (Pellandria) to jump off the roof.
Of course, this had to be stopped.
After trying to talk to these people, The halfling started to push me off the roof. I was able to avoid being pushed down.
A few moments after, Rustas was thrown down the roof by Pellandria, when he tried to push me down again. Pellandria defended me in this case. As far as i saw, Rustas seemed to have survived the fall.
After a short while, Rustas Ocklam came up the roof again - just when i was about to descend into the library, this time throwing me down. A short while after, i recovered at the cross, where i met Rynth, who told me that Rustas Ocklam has also murdered him, and tried to kill him another time.

This person, Rustas Ocklam, is dangerous. He enjoys killing and hurting other people, shows no sign of guilt, and must be taken care of.

Aus Rynts Worten entnahm ich, daß auch er von Rustas Ocklam getötet wurde, und ein zweites Mal angegriffen.

Um die Situation zu beschreiben :
Ich hörte Stimmen auf dem Bibliotheksdach. Die eine Person (Rustas Ocklam) versuchte eine andere (Pellandria) zu überreden, von diesem Dach zu springen.
Das mußte aufhören.
Daher begab ich mich nach oben, um mit beiden zu reden. Als ich dies versuchte, versuchte der Halbling, mich vom Dach herunterzuwerfen. Ich konnte jedoch schnell genug ausweichen.
Einen Moment später warf Pellandria Rustas vom Dach, als dieser erneut versuchte, mich hinunterzuwerfen. Er schien den Sturz überlebt zu haben.
Als ich mich daran machen wollte, in die Bibliothek herunterzugehen, kam er erneut auf das Dach, diesmal warf er mich herunter.
Kurz darauf, als ich mich am Kreuz erholte, traf ich Rynt, welcher nach eigener Aussage ebenfalls von Rustas Ocklam angegriffen und getötet wurde.

Diese Person, Rustas Ocklam, ist gemeingefährlich. Er genießt es offensichtloich, andere zu töten und zu verletzen, zeigt keine ANzeichen von Reue, man muß sich um ihn kümmern.

I consider this a declaration of WAR. If you want it you got it and nothing in this life will stop me. I ask none of my friends to put up a reply. Also a warning Dont get in my way the only one I am after right now is Damein. If you get in my way say a prayer to what ever god you worship

Rustas Ocklam pushed me off the roof once yesterday, successfully killing me, and once today, failing.

Today, I walked up onto the roof for some fresh air. The human Pellandria was there, and then Rustas walked up the stairs to the roof. Pellandria mentioned that she was afraid to jump, and then the Halfling pushed me off the roof. I was not seriously hurt, but I heard voices from on the roof. Soon after, I saw Damien falling off the roof and dying as he hit the floor.

This Halfling has threatened numerous times, and shows no regret for his actions. He is aggressive and something needs to be done about him.

I wont deny these accusation. This is the way officials work the say something that seems to be correct but is only the part truth. This is my last reply to this subject and I wont bother replying to the trial if there is one. Just prepare because I will be.

I do have something to think for you, halfling.

And, i must add another accuse : Threatening the life of other townspeople (me) in the way citated above.

Hah, you get offensive when I push you, but you do not seem to hesitate to knock people off the roof of the library. Your quite the unruly child today arent you.

If there is a danger coming over the elder Damien be sure of the protection from his friends.

What type of halfling do you dare to call yourself Rustas, you jump to blood and death like a fly to an open wound, you have declared war on Damien, a very powerful and popular person in town, you have been attacking people for next to no reason, you deserve your jail time, violent people such as yourself do not deserve to live on this once peacful island.

Well, that MIGHT teach you to not try to kill someone who has already proven that he is mightier than you, also, you should of not gotten into anyones business. From what im reading, you didnt know either person yet you just jumped in and tried to play some sort of hero, tring to rescue some lizard in distress. Now, if there was some exchange of items, weapons, or money involved, or the person you tried to save was a woman, or was a good friend of yours by all means, i see nothing wrong with you tring to save em', otherwise, stay out of it. In a way you put yourself into that perdiciment on your own free will.


After re-reading this message, it makes me sound somewhat heartless, but, please, dont jump to that assumption... I just despise Lyrenzia and anyone who is associated with it.. with the exception of a few good friends of mine.

hmm Rusty I never saw this side of you, Sure at times you got a little restless but who hasn't? But you are going to far as in war, we just got done with a drought now you want war?

I saw this halfling yesterday, biting people and kicking them. When I told him to stop hurting others, and even threatened him with my title he just laught and kept throwing water at me, running away before I could grab him.
This halfling has no respect for the laws and the freedom of others, and I am sure he is able to do what he is accused for.
Rustas Ocklam, if I ever see you trying to harm Damien again the last thing you will hear is my horn before the knights of the Grey Rose overwhelm you.

Fair people, Rustas Ocklam is a mortal, like all of us. I killed him twice, it can be done. Gather some patience, wear a sturdy chain mail, grab a shield to protect from his sharp sword, and a good weapon. An experienced fighter has a chance against this quick, aggressive, and murderous halfling, although it's quite a challenge.

@Damien.

The vitnesses you mentioned can not be used at trial, they have relationships with you and can say what you like you must have vitnesses from a third party and they must not be against him or with you.

@Keyrn, The trial is over, he has been found guilty, and his punishment is decided, they only have to find him and catch him, as for the witnesses, Rynt, and Pallendria are not Damien's friends and they barley know him, so please don't make ignorant statements.

But still the two have something agianst Rustas, therefor their testemony cant be used in a trial, if the verdict has been set, then unset it, and get suitable vitnesses.

I'm sure you can prove your assumptions, can you?
Rustas is a good customer of mine but if he violates laws and gets caught then he will to face the consequences.

Your logic make almost no sence, they can't be used in the trial because they have something against Rustas? These are respectable people, they would not lie to get Rustas in trouble, unless it was true, a witness is someone wwho was there and watched what happened, if you can prove they were lying, feel free to prove it, but neither of the witnesses would lie to get someone into trouble.

Moathia, his logic does not make sense because he has no logic.
Simple. Don't bother arguing with him.

Everyone has their own twisted sence of logic, his seems to be, Rustas tried to kill everyone who saw him do this, so they are biased towards him being thrown in jail, so if I attacked him, and two people saw me, and the I attacked them, they could not be used as witnesses, because they would be biased, so I could not be convicted. If thats how law works where he comes from, it must be a bad place to live.

If theres no unbiased oppinions, then theres only biased ones.
