Why do I have to pay to have my spirit set free to go to the cross he is blocking it.

asxlo, a spirit cannot use the depo ar take/remove items last time i checked...but then again i havent checked for a while

This is very bad roleplay from you player of Glosin. Trying to solve an ingame issue out of game can only described this way. Your spirit was blocked by the gates of dwarftown, nothing more nothing less. My character had no obligation to open the gates for your spirit. I hope that your bad roleplay this time will not be repeated.

No Balak you did have an obligation to open the gates. That is what any person who is actually good at rping would have done. He didnt roleplay it bad. He told the truth in the matter you were the one who rped it bad.

rustas is right balak, this was bad roleplay from ya. ya CAN open the gates because ya have the key. and because it was YA who have killed him, ya MUST give him the chance to reach a cross. but ya haven't opened the gate, so it was bad rp from ya.

I do not agree with this. IMHO, not opening the gates for a spirit is not trapping it as gates are not part of a character. Nonetheless if opening the gates when there is a spirit behind the gates is considered an obligation by the majority of players I will do so in the future.

@Glosin - I do not think it is right that you post an in game conversation here on an ooc board. If you think I have broken an ooc rule then do the right thing and send your complaint to the e-mail given.

Balak, I'm sure if you were killed in silverbrand, you would want to be let out, just like Glosin did. It kind of goes back to the golden rule (do on to others, as you would have them do on to you).

If Balak refers to not letting Glosin´s spirit of ouf Silverbrand, thus "downskilling" is the punishment, this is not only bad RP but more.

Well I think thats what he ment but how can a spirit pay to get out? Than he stands in my way and goes afk he could have moved first it just shows he was doing all that so my skill goes down.

Ghosts can pass through walls, the client inhibits this, therefore it is your responsibility to take it apon yourself to make it so he could pass, as you were the one who made him not able to pass in the first place.

To block a ghost isn't allowed. That is the first point.

On the other hand is posting this behaviour on the public boards also a bad behaviour.
The only right way if a rule might be broken is to mail to violations@illarion.org. The GMs than will decide, if the rule is really broken or not.
Discussing this on the boards is making bad atmosphere and puting one player in the edge of a "rulebreaker" without the proof of the GMs. This is called ruining the reputation of a char and/or player. Only GMs will decide, if a rule is broken.

I must agree with Bei Tian on this.

I have spent quite a bit of time with Balak, and have found him to be a very good roleplayer. I have not yet witnessed any of his "faux pas" but I believe his everyday roleplay to be more than balancing this out.

Glosin on the other hand I only have a very very bad impression of. Also based on the times i've spent with him in game.

Mishrack how many times have we been with each other in gamr 5-10 mins I also say yours to be not so great also.

You're ALL terrible roleplayers, mwahahaha!

Please, everyone stop pointing and exclaiming your opinions on fellow roleplayers in public. If you have to niggle at somebody, send them a private message or e-mail.

@Glosin - Sorry to say this but you cannot be serious when you say Mishrack's roleplay is 'not so great'. Mishrack's roleplay is FAR better than yours so it is quite laughable that you say this. All I have ever seen you do ingame is make ooc comments and attack people randomly (PK).
