I have tried to create another character twice and i have been told that nothing is found under the e-mail addy.. any suggestions?

Use a different email. Try yahoo or excite. Also, when entering the information in the webform, do not leave trailing spaces after the address.

Okay.. but i thought you had to have the same e-mail in making a new character to an existing account..

You do have to use the same e-mail. In your case though, your e-mail isn't working correctly.

You can change the eMail, submitted with your Character Creation , later by using the correct eMail Adress.

Ok.. let me get this .. I will create another character with a different e-mail address.. Then I will request for account on website.(Do I click the "add to existing account" checkbox?).. Then um.. I belive this is where I'm stuck..

In this case, no.
You have to change the email of the approved Character (Account) first, if you have an approved character, otherwise never use 'add char'.
