When you get a more than one story building do you pay for a roof tile and a parquet tile or just the latter?

You would have to pay for a latter, roof tile, and the parquet.

Floor tiles (only one per field required)
------------
ground level/basement/upper floors
parquet tile 250/500/400
------------
roof tile 200
latter 200? - I'm not exactly sure on the cost of a latter.

Prices may of changed.

Um izzak latter means the last one of the two so parquet tiles but thanks
