well i live a group home so i can only come on line once or twice a month will that effect my rpg? will i still get accepted?

You may play as often as you want to.
Several hours a day or once in a year.

A while.. it drove me mad waiting for the response. if you get an e-mail in the first few days its is probably an account denial. It took about a week and a half for me.
Just keep hanging in there.
