I would like to know the specs of the illarion server. ((Processor speed ect.)) I was thinking about maby donating some new hardware. or something. And I would just like to know.

You can't donate any hardware, since the server hardware is only rented by the illarion team, not owned.
As far as I remember, the server had a processor with about 1 GHz speed and 256 MB RAM.

celeron 1.2 GHZ with 256 ram... and i doubt that it's DDR RAM...
intel favored RAMBUS instead of DDR RAM at that tiime which tunred out to be significantly more costly with barely noiceable speed improvements compared to DDR RAM...

You know if you got a pay pal donations account you could prob buy your own faster server. yet you would still need an internet connection. And is it a T# connection.

The point that we dont ask for money (donation or no donation) is, that we currently dont want any obligations, that go together with this.
This means speed of development, future of the game, the (moral) right for a donator for access.

At least at the time I was responsible for the server, there was hardly any time where the processor was used more than 20% (with the same amount of players around as today).
