How long does it take?

I'm now waiting for 13 days, since I have send back my story. I didn't get an answer yet. I wonder, if my mail is maybe lost, because it seems to me, that all other people round me got there answers faster.

I quickly searched for a request for the Character "Leonel Silberschweif", but I could not find any.
I looked into the Database, found a Character and searched for the eMail you submitted.
But again I was unable to locate a Mail from that adress.

Re-request your Character please, and send your story in, afterwards.

Ok I have send both , but added an L to Leonel, cause the create wouldn't let me have the same name again.

You should not create him new, you should only request this Character.
Just use the Web Fomular from the Homepage, not the Client.
Its not that hard to understand.
