The sever is too slow message

i was playing the game and i got logged off and got a message and it said "sever is too slow other possible reason is you flooding it with commands" i do not use macros as i dont know what they are

if you minimize the illarion window it will do this also

Do you have background programs running? They can have an extreme effect on the performance on Illarion.
