Spirit Amazon

Somewhere in my heart, a lone drum beats.
The thunder of its spirit rages in the crimson rivers.
Memories long cloaked by the mists of forgetfulness,
led to ages of shadow and atonement
for I had promised never to forget.

Wars of the future are not wars of the past
and I am no longer innocent.
I cannot return to the darkness
for along the corridors of awareness
walks a pure Amazon spirit
existing in the dreams of my soul.

A Warrior of the ancient eras
She listened to the lamenting earth mother
calling to her daughters for remembrance.
A circle of sisters formed to right the wrongs
Their strength, honor, and courage
had restored the hope of the land.

As long as the lion's roar is heard on the wind,
The Nation's drum will never be still.
They will summon the ancient sleeping spirits
when the dark clouds of storm and torment brew.
A vow, their sacred promise that
the Amazons will rise to fight again.

Keeping the traditions of our ancestors
I receive you, my Amazon spirit.
I honor your sacrifices untold.
It is time for us to experience
what we thought we had forgotten.
We know, we join one to the other,
Our hearts beating as one.

I lift my eyes to the eastern horizon.
My voice sings out in welcome to my sisters,
Spirits of the Amazons, women of the circle.
Listen, I beg you, to the beat of the drum.
Let light of my campfire guide you
home.

Now that I, Zahra Fiarai, have returned from the long journey back to my homeland Rahla, I will soon be starting up the Amazon Tribe again. I was pleased to see how many people have been anticipating this. It won't be right away, I have a lot to catch up on still first, but I'm curious to see who will be wanting to join when it's up. Like before, we allow no men in the tribe. Sorry.

Come on now, I would like to see some feedback on this.

This sounds like a good tribe indeed...It's about time the women of the island banded together; I would definitely like to know the other women of the island better. I would like to join, and I hope other women will join the Amazon Tribe as well.

I am glad to see you and your tribe again on our shores.
Will your reborn tribe be the same as the old? The reason for my question is, that there exists an alliance between Amazone Tribe and Grey Rose from the old days (as it is written in thechronicle of Troll's Bane: "In the year one of the new era on August, the 18th it comes to an alliance between the Grey Rose and the "Amazons").
I will be glad to hear, that these old agreements are still existing for your tribe.

Yes Aragon the tribe will be more or less the same as the old one with a few minor changes. Im all for keeping the original alliance.

Great to see so much positive feedback. I will put this plan into action as soon as I find a large enough number of women interested to make a proper tribe. I believe Ive taken care of everything else now.

Also Ive sent word to Venus and Calypso, two of our oldest Amazons and they may be returning some time in the future to help out.

Anyways keep the comments and ideas coming. Anyone wishing to join speak up as I will only allow a certain number of members in the first time. Then after the guild is going and good those first members will be promoted to a higher rank and a few more will be accepted in.

I was waiting for somebody to ask that.
The tribes main intentions, or goals, are as follows:

• To bring together and unite the women of this island
  To help every member to grow and achieve their own personal goals
  To act as a strong defense together against those that would do us harm
  To earn extra money for a tribe meeting place and for members to keep for themselves by hosting different town events, etc
  And, of course, to make things a little more interesting and have some fun

We welcome women of all races and professions.

The old tribes cat, Poe, still runs through the library walls and is very hard to catch but you're welcome to try. Shes friendly when shes not in a cheeky mouse hunting mood.

Anyways, Hope that helps a bit.

Amazons, you can always count on my help as well. I can provide a few weapons, medicine, and minor goods for the warriors, as well as my blades, which are always there in case you need assisstance, for no price at all.

As for Rustas - be careful about him, he is a spy, tricky as well as foolishly desperate. If I saw him near the camp entrance, I'd shoot immediately, and right in the head.
