Yes, that is true, he is a thief.
Well, i searched for the thief and as i saw him, i wanted to confront him, but he didnt wanted to talk with me and ran away. When i attacked him me magically disappapeared. Well, he introduced me with the name Grular or something like that, but a dwarfen friend of me told me, that his real name is Ferrari. I want him to get prison, maybe then he will see, that stealing isn't the right way.

Nerevar

A trial ends when the court of Lyrenzia declares it ends and announces a verdict.
5 days is only a rough guildline that the judges work with and is not any deadline.

Dear witnesses,
it would help a lot if you explain what exactly did happen. Where did the thievery take place? What exactly did this Ferrari? Why are you so sure that he took the potions?
Yours Belegi

We were near the Silverstar shop, right outside of it, Aristeaus set down the potions and the human picked up the potions then ran behind the workshop and was nowhere to be seen ((logged)).

Anyone who wants to accuse someone of a crime can ask the Lyrenzia Foundation for a trial against that person. When the Lyrenzia Foundation has acknowledged the request, then it will declare a trial on the boards. The trial period will last 5 days.
Duration of the Trial Period:
During the 5 day period, anyone can present their testimony, evidence, opinions, on the public board or through any other communication with the Lyreniza Foundation, which can all be used by the judges to evaluate the case. If the accused pleads Guilty within the first 2 days of the trial, the time of their sentence will be reduced to 3/5 or 4/6 of the regular time.
I see nothing Stateing that 5 days is a rough estimate. How are you so sure this Ferrari chacter did it?
unsighned
((and Damn it everyone Stop saying I logged I Ran behind a building around the Workshop, past the inn, through the hedges and too the Farm where I depostied the items. After that I ran about the town Carefully, for at least another hour Makeing sure I COULD be cought because I know how annoying it is to get an item stolen from you and they log out. So I would Greatly Apreciate it If you would STOP saying I logged. And I hope thiss OOC note does not effect my result in the Trial because OOC has no influence on in characters. and Yes I will be going online plenty so dont Say im never on to be cought))

End of a Trial:
A trial will end when:
-Anytime that the defendant pleads guilty
-When the Lyrenzia Foundation has delcared its verdict on the accused (which will usually take 5 full days unless all judges have already cast their vote)

He has been accused of many things, That me lady is certainly not one that I have done. Had he been the Burglar I think that he would be more sofisicated than that. I know this man and he is very classy.

a FULL five days. Thats sounds to me like 5 days or less, if not it should be stated more clearly.
I dont think that Ferrari did commited this crime, or any he has been accused of.

It doesn't matter because it's not a deadline. The simple fact is that a trial doesn't ends until a verdict is made, and the judges will use all information available to them to make that verdict.

How about this human speak for himself instead of an unknown writer pleading his innocence and demanding the trial conclude?

How can Ferrari Be a known theif when none would have known him before this trial. What makes you so sure that Ferrari cut down the trees? Gloison I rember that you were being accuesd of cutting the trees. This is most likely something YOU came up with to get you off the hook. You figured, hey hes on trial anyway, sounds like hes a thief everyone will be on him in a flash. I think It was YOU that did it.

((the only reason Nervar knew was because hesaw me tried to kill me with no reason, then logged off and checked who was on. I can garentee that no dwarf friend of his knew my name.))

Ferrari Nevear said he seen you cut down those trees. So I would not just be saying this to get me off the "hook." So than you must be mr.Fearri Swifteye. Well now we know.
