My account was accepted a long time ago and I have added chars to my account since then. However, a few months ago I sent an e-mail for a new character to be added to my account, with a list of some characters I wanted deleted.

Someone I know sent a request after I had sent mine, and about a month later their character was accepted, I thought it was a good sign and that mine would be accepted in a few weeks, yet another month passed and my character was still not accepted.

I decided to PM the GM's and it turned out that no E-mail from my address or the name of my character was received. I sent my request again and it has been over a month again. This e-mail I do not think was received either.

Now, I don't write here because I am impatient, but I am concerned because a friend of mine also recently sent an e-mail for the addition of characters to his account and he too contacted the GM's and his e-mail was not received either.

I would like to know what I can do to have my character added, and my unused characters deleted? My e-mail provider is Hotmail. If any other information is required by a GM, I would prefer to send it by PM. Please post here or PM me.

PM me with the information, including character names, passwords and addresses and we'll see if we can get this fixed. A new email carrier may help in the future.

As i experienced the exact same problem i have PM'ed you with the details for my Characters and E-mails also

Same with me, PM also. I think they filter yahoo, and possibly hotmail out.

I PM'd each of you back. Remember when entering email addresses, not to include trailing spaces.
