Avator question

Why can't i put in my own avator. I have a picture in jpg formatte that fits the required size of 80x80 and is less that 8kb. Why can't i pu it in??????

You should describe your problem a bit...
What happens if you try to upload it, for example?
Give more information to get better help...

It just tells me that it needs to be in jpg. or one of the other formatts acceptable.

Perhaps you could try to change it into gif format or if you want send it to me and i have a look at it...

From the way it sounds you have a firewall. If you have on of these then it's impossible to upload an avatar from your computer so you'll have to find someone to host it on their webspace and use the url for your avatar. So that's the advice I can give you. Find someone who can do this then try it that way. Let me know if it works or not. Thanks.

As far as i know there is no firewall on my computer. But it is pretty screwed up and stuff. So it might just be my computer acting up
