Random buildings in game?

Alright here's what I'm asking. Earlier this week...or was it two weeks ago? Anyway...I saw a building by the ceremonial cave...it was based on the castle and town walls...then a few days later it wasn't there and all the normal trees were back around the entrance to the cave. A while later about today I come upon the same area and there is another building...this time inclosed with an inside with brick walls and wooden floors and some paved tiles going to the river. Is this something they are testing in game? Because I've seen nothing on the forums or in game of why they appear. I'm thinking they are testing their map editor that is probably done by now but I may not be sure...can someone clear this all up? Thank you.

the first building is away because there was a servercrash or a restart.

Ah I see. So these are put here for a reason then? If it's an part of an rp then alright. That's basically what I'm wanting to know if it is or not.

I think it is the Lyrenzia castle.. Actually I hope it is the Lyrenzia castle...

Does Lyrenzia need more than a place to meet? I though the meeting place for the Lyrenzia members is in the lib.

I hope it will be a place for living and not a place of policy.
