I recieved the following email:

We can to tell You, we have accepted your ask for an account for Illarion. Because of the immense number of inquiries, it will take some more days until your account is opened. Please be patient.

Following that, I recieved another email:

I regret to tell You, we have not been able to accept your ask for an account for Illarion. Because of the immense number of inquiries, we are not able to explain our refusal.


So which one do I believe?

that sounds a bit unusal. Well when you got accepted dont they put you in a different folder? So I think that you will get in unless they went back in and took you out of that folder. That sounds weird though.
