Dear Eol, when I wrote ' lack of light ' it was supposed to mean shaddows etc, but the translator must have turned 'lack of light' into 'lack of brightness' into 'not very bright' and in english 'not very bright' can mean something is not light, but it can also mean that someone is not clever. So because the phrase 'not very bright' has 2 meanings that is where the mix up must have happened. It is my fault though, I should have written what I was saying a lot more carefully, I am deeply sorry. Please don't forget the community because of a mistake i made. Sorry.
