The 28th Judicial Trial of the Lyrenzia Foundation has hereby begun:

The charge is:

1) Crosis accuses Arkadia Misella of unnecessary and excessive casting within the town limits.

Witnesses are Drathe, Viola Thistle, Draakon.

1) Crosis klagt Arkadia Misella an, mehrmals in der Stadt gezaubert zu haben.

Zeugen sind Drathe, Viola Thistle, Draakon.

Crosis writes his testimony...

After I finished gathering herbs, I walked thru the tavern and outside the entrence to find a few poison flames. I then seen Drathe shooting an arrow at Arkirda's leg. She continued to cast, and created a wall of poison flames between the tavern and the wall. A few moments later I found another flame at the side entrence to the tavern.

Aye what can I say, she engulfed the entrance to the tavern with poisonous magic after Drathe shot down a few zombies she had brought with her. She then flashed some lightning bolts at myself and Drathe before he shot an arrow at her. She went across the bridge towards town and sealed off the way with a wall of flames just like Crosis said.

She was a bit upset with myself and Drathe I recon, she usually is...
I do not think anyone was seriously injured unless the arrow fired at her proved a bit more hurting than she could muster, or if Drathes shock treatment left him shaking still.

No bickering. No argument. No rebuttle. Nothing shall come from me. You both know why this happened. Now all I have to say is, Do your worst, and pray it keeps me from you in the future.

To point one thing out, it is impossible to bring more then 1 monster with you through the gate now. Draa'kon said a "few zombees" she brought, but that is impossible and therefore invalid.
Secondly, Crosis spoke nothing of zombees and therefore makes Draa'kon's and Crosis' testimonies seeming false.

Ah yes "Woodsman" ye were there no doubt...

Obviously a "few" zombies were perhaps a bit vauge so forgive me, she brought two, and I am no expert on gathering monsters and bringing thru the gates but off the top of my head...push one infront of you and let the other follow, using a spell of paralizis would make this rather easy.

That I tell of more things than Crosis did has a rather simple explanation really....Crosis was not there when that happened however both lady Viola and Drathe were.

If Crosis was to testify about things he did not see he would be lying basically and I was just telling what lead up to the wall of poison fire wich is what Crosis saw and very clearly stated. Now if the woodsman be happy I have other things to do.

Since my name was mentioned, I will make a short statement.

Arkadia did set several noxious green flames afire in and near the tavern. She did bring 2 zombies with her. I couldn't tell if she had leashes on them or not. She did something which caused my hair to stand on in and Drathe to convulse a bit on the ground.

As far as I could tell this was a domestic dispute brought on by broken flowers. I don't know the true cause of this, but it seems Drathe should be more careful in the future when rejecting a woman. Broken-hearted women can be quiet fierce.

Arkadia brought two of her... friends to the tavern. The good lady Viola, fellow Archer Draakon and myself did not aproove of her company and so Draakon and myself removed them from outside of the tavern tho not harming Arkadia in anyway.

As with most people I would think, Arkadia now on her own from the removal of her friends was a little... annoyed and so did cast one or two poison clouds in the heat of her mood. As I am sure many a person would.
I must admit due to something I said, Arkdia did strike me with an electrical charge, I knowing I deserved it did not react, tho she did continue to cast posion near my fellow Archer Draakon Tho he is skilled enough to look after him self I took the responsability of loosing an arrow into the lady Arkadias leg, which.. had the desierd effect of making her leaver rather promptly.

So, the cause of the posion out side of the tavern was in part my fault and a reaction to my actions. Due to there being no harm caused to the halfing, I would there for ask of the good man, and personal friend Crosis to retract his case from Lyrensia.
If he has a wish for compensation for his anoyance at the posion temporarily in his way at the time of the incodent, I am sure this could be settled out of court between him and my good self.
