I'm going to post a story about a region that i hope when a bigger world comes out, we can add this and maybe have continental information and story lines.

Chyan'Guo – Lost Layer of the Orcs

Far to the south-eastern sea far from land, a great orcish civilization thrived. Great forts were established through out Chyan'Guo, and technological advancements were already beyond dreams along with magic. Chyan'Guo was ruled by a Orcish Mistress who was sent to the throne after her father, Warchief Baokin, died. She ruled with a noble and fair hand which quickly lead the orcish horde to give her full loyalty. She did away with the aggressive military and ordered a new campaign to begin turning the savage warriors to monk warriors. This brought great organization and discipline to the military side of the Orcs, but is no longer effective as it was before at conquering. She also ordered the warlocks to seek new spells for enchanting weapons and healing. Once the warlocks found the secret to enchantment, the Orcish Mistress created a elite band of mounted orcish riders to protect the fortresses called the Royal Orcish Pikers. They were mounted on Karodeas which were a animal slower than horses but more powerful and is able to carry the pikers through rough terrain as well as plains. This gave the orcs a territorial advantage. The enchanting techniques were taught to the pikers. Now the Pikers have the abilities to increase weapon strength and when the piker was powerful enough, even summon bolts and slicing waves. She modified the government by eliminating corruption by Warlords and capturing rebel leaders. This era of accomplishments and peaceful times was too short  lived. In only three years of her rule, a new settlement was somehow burned to the ground. After this situation troops were sent to investigate for she suspected the work of hateful humans. The troops never returned though. Quickly thinking they have been ambushed, she dispatched the piker army and told them to unleash their wrath upon the enemy of the horde. This time all the piker returned with unpleasant news. The new settlement was burned and a rising temple was taking its place. Not long afterwards the pikers claim they saw what was described as  the stars falling to earth. The warlocks visions of a great portal which was opening. Their vision came true as a giant tornado surrounded the temple and began to cause chaos in the region of Chyan'Guo. A scout returned claiming an army of daemons were walking out of the temple. The sky darkened and chants of evil can be heard miles away from the temple. Without warning the daemons were seen as a flood of red over hills burning and destroying all in their path. All the warriors of the Orcs were sent to fight and pikers with monk warriors aided in the fight. Dead were rose from the ground and skeletal warriors were born aiding the daemons. Orcish army were defeated, and the remaining warriors tried to retreat to warn the Orc Mistress. They were too late as they entered the city, and finds that the daemons has beaten them there somehow. The Orcish Mistress was taken and perhaps killed. The remaining pieces of the great orc civilization were slaughtered, tortured,in hiding, or some believed they escaped. Now this unknown civilization of Chyan'Guo is destroyed. As for the fate of the region of Chyan'Guo, it is to be forever cursed and forbidden by the reach of outsiders. Some even wonder if Chyan'Guo will ever be free of darkness. To the far away lands the stories of Chyan'Guo is only a myth or legend, its magic and technological advancements along with the evidence of its civilization were all lost causing the region of Chyan'Guo to be one of the lost layers of the the Orc's history.

I don't think Orcs were that high-tech... I mean, why would they carry around spears? If they were so great, they should carry around shotguns.

...its more of during that time, the process they used for building, training, making, mining, fishing, hunting, exploring, magic, ect. were way better, but all was lost so it doent really matter......just a story.

yea....the could of had gun powdered weapon as well.....

orcs had cars, planes, machine guns and stuff like that. they have superhuman strength, intelligence and so on, know any spell from beginning, have unlimited mana and are immortal.

but they lack in the "write well structured texts"-skill.

im sry but i have already chose elf thank too that i have been an orc five times but i dont know if im going too go on playing i think im going too start again when the new client comes but two things i want too be is goblin and vampire but i guess it will never be possible:(

when the new client comes......the characters you have wont be deleted will they?
can you keep them basicly.

It is our goal to keep the characters from version to version. We succeeded with it at least for the last 15 versions.

Martin was being hyperbolic... and sarcastic... and caustic... Wow! You must have really gotten on Martin's bad side.

Just out of curiousity, Chyan Guo, have you made a character yet? Last I read you were waiting for an email back from Bror, is that still right?

I only ask because at the time I posted this, you've racked up a whopping 44 messages on the boards here. That seems like an awful lot for someone who hasn't actually played yet.

i have some confusions on the attribute thing.

Nah, I was just kidding. Aside from the occasional berating post, I'm sure Martin has far more important things to do than to let someone bother him.

well, if your still wondering why i ask so much.

i use to dont ask anything...i go into games blind....i get in a lot of trouble and functions i dont know. its embarrassing when you ask someone how do you do this and that and they laugh call you "newbie". i dont like it.....
im trying to get all the questions out before i go in....and get familiar with the functions of the game from the manual.


and im happy martin isnt a hunter.

ok, here is more to the story. An intoduction to pikers and then my character.
but the server is down so i havent made it yet. ill be back and then ill create my character.

Royal Orcish Pikers – Regiment of Chyan Guo

The Orcish Mistress harnessed these mounted warriors to serve as the policing unit of the horde and an elite unit for engaging interlopers that enter Chyan Guo. Some believe these were established only to aid the monk warriors of the army, but many believe she was impressed with the human mounted knights and attempted to create her own copy.  These  very honorable pikers were put to the test when the Orcish Mistress to capture the Warlord of the Ogres, Jahyin-Kye, who was responsible for Warchief Baokin's death by intruding during the battle and causing chaos. This will not be easy for the ogres are powerful and some posess great magic skills. After a reported raid, the pikers were dispatched to the Kash Mountains to ambush Jahyin-Kye. With skill and cunning tactics, Jahyin-Kye was captured and the Ogres scattered in fear in only a night. Very satisfied with the head of Jahyin-Kye brought to her, the Orcish Mistress rewarded her troops. Now the success of the Royal Pikers was well known through out the Horde. Many decided to join this highly looked upon group and a hundred twenty legions of these pikers were formed. The largest army ever formed in Chyan Guo's history was born.

That was the introduction about the Pikers of the Orcish Horde. Hope you liked it.

Royal Piker Necrodae – A Survivor's Story

"I never thought daylight would be so beautiful. But where am I? This isn't my room. This is some place in Chyan Guo I hope. Why thousands of memories seem to dance in my mind.....what happened? Where is my family.....family....I will never forget that. I will never forget that day when I was accepted into the Legions of the Royal Piker. I will never forget how proud my family looked. It was only three days in my job as a piker. Ah, I remember now....there was a warning.....someone warned us about an attack. But who? There I was, grabbing my  pike and armor when...my friend....how can i forget him too. He was the one who came to warn us...of course! He works as one of Chyan Gou's messengers. Why I left in such an hurry that I didn't even have time to say thank you or goodbye. Well, perhaps it was a good idea, after all, he might of slowed me down on  duty by talking to me. He sure was a annoying little fellow. I knew plenty of orcs who just wanted to put him in a barrel and roll him away.  But his energetic ways made him a great runner. We use to race and he always win. I never liked racing after that. Ah...that was indeed the last i saw of him. I rushed out to my Karodea... I rode with many other legions. I really thought that was the last day of my life, yet, I didn't know it really would have been. Where and what was I doing? I saw red...but not as in blood. They were red. They...who were they. No matter how hard I try, I don't know. They were our enemies. They killed legions by many orcs at a time. They.....they were so powerful. Those sharp teeth and green eyes. I never forget those either. They were horrors indeed, draining life and setting infernos everywhere. Raising our dead and turning them to...bone warriors. We had to retreat. We had to warn our mistress. I raced...I hate racing. I raced back. I was....late. The towns were all inflamed. I saw dead, heard the cries, felt the pain..... I wanted to make it go away....I wanted to stop time. There I was, I made it back to the Fortress. The mistress....I didn't see her. There was only a horror there. It opened a portal of devastation. I tried to stop it, but it turned to me...and I found myself being thrusted out the Fortress wall. I fell.....I kept falling......and then there was water. And...enough with the memories. I must find my true self. This is not me. I do not belong in rags but in armor, I do not hold a shovel but wield a staff. That door...a door to a new beginning?


maybe it was a little longer than i thought.

now listen, chyan guo messenger: i consider your posting behaviour as spamming and i will react on it. no matter if you posted nice little stories here or something else, it's enough now. it's more than enough. i don't believe that anyone enjoys your journal, mostly your postings are simply ordinary *SPAM*.
i'll close the topic, delete the next senseless postings of you that i find and if you don't stop it i'll take further actions.
