well since there will be no real justice because me an Orc and lyrenzia think Orc always do bad me still say me side of story...
Me walket up and waited to use oven me push Lizard and Lizard push back and Me say push me again and die. Than he push me again Me was kind enough to give one more warning. Than he push again so than Me took up my blade and struck him down. So me had reason to kill him. And if the laws read right if you had a reason to strike down someone its ok. So Me did nothing wrong but Lyrenzia will probably vote guilty so why bother.

Bloodskulls don't live in Trollsbane any longer, they have found a home outside of Trolls bane, a place where Lyrenzia does not rule. Therefore Lyrenzia has no control over what they do outside of Trolls bane since they do not sleep there anymore. And if I am correct, Pok'ash killed outside of town.

If nobody rules the territories outside of Troll's Bane then that means anybody can do what they want there, including Lyrenzia too.
Besides, it sounds to me like they are talking about the oven in the workshop
Pok'ash wrote:

So why did you bother to write?
You attacked because you were pushed, and you were pushed because you pushed first, so that means your first push was the first attack. If pushing isn't wrong, then that means you struck him without a valid reason. So either you are guilty of the first push or the second attack...
Might as well just plead guilty now and get a shorter sentence...

me want to see if you can get me in jail. No place can hold me prisoner. Also you dumb dwarf. You think you know everything when really you live in fear of skulls. You and other hiders hide in your castle feast drink and dont care about drought. But you wait. You will all get whats coming to you. You will all die. That is a promise.

Lyrenzia, the orcs don't live in Trolls Bane anymore, they live in the old Ogre cave that is now theirs. Darlok gave it to them in a way. Since they don't live in Trolls Bane but instead in the Ogre cave there is no way you can get to Pok'ash unless you want to get through the whole of the Bloodskull Clan.

The orc done these crimes in Troll´s Bane, so he will be judged by the Court in this town.
Furthermore he pass often the streets from Troll´s Bane, so it is possible to capture him.
I said it often enough, if you step in the town you agree with the Judical system of Lyrenzia and have to live with the consequences, if you break the rules here.

When was the last time he walked into Trolls bane? After they got their cave they decided to not go to Lyrenzia occupied Trolls Bane. However, if he did commit the crimes in town, then he must abide by your rules, until you are over thrown.

We hide in a castle and don't care about the drought?
The last time I checked, we are not the ones who recieved a cave from Darlok. So taking advantage of the drought for your own benefits is your meaning of caring about the drought?
It's sad to hear that the once honorable orcs have stooped to this level now.
Grant Herion, I doubt Lyrenzia will send many men out to search for one criminal, but that does not mean he cannot be convicted of crimes and caught if he walk into town or if they bump into him outside. Just stop arguing about what they can or cannot be done, because anything can be done. Its just a matter of whether they will or will not do it.

Unknown writer, you don't seem to understand, The Bloodskull cave is in Darlok's Territory. If anyone crosses into it, they will be fined or killed on sight. So you can send all the messengers you want, they will only be disbatched and sent back in caskets.

Ashburg leaves a quick message on the boards, before walking off.
If Pok'ash go jail, me kill lizard, and dumb lyrenzia people who bring him there. Lizard call off case, or he will has each skull hunt and kill him.

Nochmal zusammengefasst der Ablauf wie es war: (How it was:)
1. This Orc asked us to fight agains him...
2. He asked me to make a horn for him, so me met outside the shop that i could smith one (he only gave me 75g grrr )...
3. There was Saurin, he was making Glass...
4. After the trade (horn) the mad orc went to Saurin and threw him off the oven...
5. Saurin, first thinking he only did it to get past him, waited a while and then pushed him off to continue his work...
6. Just then the Orc said: "Push me again and i kill you! I really do!"
7. The Orc "Pot'Ash" or whatever... pushed Saurin away again...
8. Saurin that thought all this was just a bad joke pushed him off again and continued his work.
9. With no second in between the Orc slayed him with !!!3!!! hits! (I have been there, it was 2 or 3 times, i swear!)
I know Saurin for 5 days now, hes such a nice Guy, he helps everyone and stuff, thats how i met him first and how he still is.
This Orc i know since today, within that time, he asked for sparring (Not a bad thing, but seen in connection to his later doings...), later (what i nearly forgot) came into the shop and asked for some dwarf that he wanted to kill (he talked weird stuff he had seen the dwarf at the zombies and stuff...), then he provoked Saurin and finally killed him!
I really do know that kind of people. A small stay in prison will be the only way to realize what he has just done! Cause' as everyone can see, he doesn't realize it by now... (By the Way, he confessed that what he did was wrong to us and wanted to give us money to stop the trial, but we wont do! Tomorrow he will be going to kill someone else whom he provokes himself...)
We will never drop anyhing, criminals have to get busted! There are so many honorable Orcs, Orcs like all of you who wrote stuff about killing everyone have to be punished for sake of every honourable and peaceful in Trolls Bane. I have one more idea of what to do!
If Pok'Ash stays out of Trolls Bane forever, gets and stays banned out of good willing peoples sight, he will stay out of prison and alife, but if he doesnt he shall be thrown to prison...
Now whatcha wanna do Mr. Pot Ash? Killing innocent people will not be accepted in Trollsbane! And it wont help to threaten everyone that wants to see you in prison, its only gonna get your ass deeper into the shit you pushed yourself into!
Please Lyrencia, do somethng against him!

Yesterday Pok'ash create war with Grey rose and murder our own clan shaman!
This changes things a lot.
It is now a question of who gets him first, lyrenzia or the skulls...
If you catch him and imprison him, can orcs come to visit him in there?

Dear Kzarak,
you may visit him now.

My last word to this:
This trial shows, that Lyrenzia is strong, strong enough to get you "Pokey"!
I never saw you back in town, yet, but if what will you do "Pokey" *laughs about this name* - kill me again and get 10 hours of prison more? If so then do, I won't even bother to do something against that, cause I know I have the power of Lyrenzia with me...
But it seems to me you no longer have friends anywhere, even the Bloodskull Clan is now against you...

Don't get used to Lyrenzia being around. It can be destroyed with a flick of Darlok's fingers...
