Lyrenzia I want a case again Elaralith!

Today Elaralith made 1 unjustified attack upon myself and killed my self. Here is my testimony....

I was walking through town and was going through the gate leading to the mining rocks when I saw Elaralith and another elf, there was an ice flame to the right of both of them. Elaralith of yelling at the elf about casting so near the town wall when he had casted about 7 or 8 paces away from the wall. I asked the young elf why he had cast the flame, he said so the flies would not follow him in town, I said that was fine and told him to go on in town. The elf did. That is when Elaralith pushed me into the ice flames for absoluetly no reason, no reason whatsoever. (unjustified attack)
Then I blinded with anger tell her I want to duel her, she accepts, I attack first, but she paralizes me and puts a flame on me, I will accept this, but after I regained my body I came after her again. This time I said I want a duel with some rules. I said, that no hept spells or any stronger spells will be allowed and no paralisis spells in the duel either. I then list some spells that we can use and she accepts. Then when the duel comences she begans casting hept kels and ra kel qwans! She killed me by breaking the duel's rules and so I did not have a chance, (murder).
I hope Lyrenzia takes this case because she has broken two laws, and she should go to prison for 15 hours if convicted and i hope she is.

You also forget that after the duel you came through town and I heard you say that you will attack Elaralith over and over again till She is dead. My advice to you is just let your anger go because you cannot win if you fight her.

ya have fought outside of townwall? when the answer is yes than i don't believe that lyrenzia can do something. as far as i know the law of lyrenzia have validity only within the townwalls.

but this shows us again how dishonorable elaralith can be.

Elaralith smiles and suppresses a giggle as she reads the posts here:

Dear Grant so called "Prince of Herion",
I cannot believe that you have stooped to the level of lying. But since you have I will do the duty of revealing the truth. Grant you know as well as I do that you aggressively approached me out of town. First you saw an ice flame and you accused me of casting it. Then you challenged me to a magic duel when it became obvious I was not the caster. I refused but you kept insisting. Finally you died. Then you came back obviously angry and demanding another magic duel. I refused and said I had no wish to kill you again. You insisted. The end result was that you died. I tire of bandying words with liars. To back up my testimony there is the good hobbit Brendan Mason who watched all and even presided as "judge" over the duels which I had no wish to engage in in the first place.

Dear Galim,
Your words just show how vile YOU can be. Using lies to belittle another person's name is certainly quite dishonorable. Think well on it.

Learning ascend you both to enlightenment,
~Elaralith, Priestess of Elara~

The duel was fair and Elaralith broke no rules. Grant did lay out a list of spells to be used, but Elaralith rejected this list. Grant still carried on, perfectly aware of that all spells were in play.

i hadn't used lies to belittle someones name. there was no reason for not believing grands statement. i was able to see how ya can be because of that i have trusted him. but i have no reason to mistrust brendan, because of that i have to apologize myself. even if i don't like that.
