Just one, errr two really, dwarftown is under Trolls bane.

how was dwarf town(?) built under trollsbane. Also would it be possible for say the elves to plan and built for example 'tree houses' or for the lizardmen to plan and build a city underwater.

How else? They dug it. Ok I think you mean how litterally did they build it, well quite frankly, they didn't. They just collect ALOT of money, and "paid" the workers (gm's) to implement it. Hopefully there will be other racial cities in the future when we use the big map. All questions should probobly be put in the newbies forum.
Instead of saying "wait till your ingame" or "you can find this out easily", why not just answer the question and put them to rest.

First of all for all your questions is the neebie forum.
Next - this is not a PRG-Forum
and at leat - if you do things like you did to a GM you wont be so long to see the nice things in Illarion.
