Racial Resistances

I propose some characteristics to better define the different races we have in illarion right now:
Human: No special resistances...average in resistance to everything.
Elf: Natural resistance to magic and charm (self explanatory...)
Dwarf: Natural resistance to magical poisoining and physical poison (alcoholic beverages included) (self explanatory...well constituted)
Halfling: Natural resistance to magical paralysis and physical paralysis (very agile)
Lizardmen: Natural resistance to ice and water magics (water based creatures)
Orcs: Natural resistance to fire magics (fire-based creatures)
Human: No special resistances...average in resistance to everything.
