Disappering Items

I didnt know where else to post this, but anyway, i am gathering wool from the sheep and my scissors kept on going blunt, but they wouldnt "dissaper" like hammers would when you break them. So i keep on cutting and once agian my sicssors when blunt, and i had a oil lamp in my bag and it dissaperd instead of the sicssors, it happened agian but this time a rusty dagger in my bag dissaperd. I was wondering if it was a bug or something that sometimes your items in you bag would dissaper instead of the sicssors.
