I have been accepted to play, (July 1) but I have not been able to log in to the game as yet. I wrote an e-mail to accounts@illarion.org on the 19th of July, but have not recieved a reply. Please do not be offended at this post, but I did not know what else to do. If someone could shed some light on this, I would be greatly appreciative. Thank you for your time. I know it is valuable.

I will try to find the reason of this problem.

Just one question to you, have you created your Character before your requested the account?

I have been accepted to play last weekend saturday and I still cant log into my charater could you help me also?

I sent an e-mail to character_requests@illarion.org

I was trying to get a name changed. Nobody has replyed though. How long does it take to get a reply from character_requests@illarion.org?

I did include my name and password.

Yes, my account request for my character was accepted on Jun 21. I sent in my answers on June 30. My account was accepted on July 1.

You did not understand me.
I asked you if you used the Client already to create a Character.

To shorten this, you did not. At least I could not find any Character with the name "Sawnsarae".
Because of that no Character could be activated thus you cannot play.
