1) Avaloner klagt Arkadia Misella an, dass sie ihn umgebracht hat.

Auch ich möchte diese Frau anzeigen, sie ermordete ich heimlich mit einem Bogen, als ich beim schmieden war. Jedoch war mir bis gerade eben nicht bewusst, das man Leute anzeigen kann, deswegen hole ich dies jetzt nach.

I can provide the entire story to clear Arkadia.

One evening recently, she was assaulted by Avaloner and she poisoned him in return. This seriously injured Avaloner, and, in an act of revenge he tried to strike Arkadia dead. For many a minute we thought her dead, until Drathe thankfully revived her.

Perhaps she attacked him again, while I was not a witness, but the simple fact is-he probably deserved whatever was coming.

No Brendan she attacked me an other Day and it was only a dagger not a sword.On this day she had poisend me she was never in livedangerous she has get an wound but some day later she attacked me and strike me down without an reason.

Dear Lyrenzia-
I shall defend myself in this simply letter of explanation and shall call forth a few witnesses. In the library Avaloner began to push and shove me. I picked a petty fight with him which was broken up by Grant Herion. He followed me throughout the town and once outside the city I decided to poison him, drag him to the roof of the tavern and leave him. He would not have died up there, for I made certain of that. Afterwards he walked into the tavern and with no care he threw a dagger into my chest and sat and watched me bleed. This was witnessed by too many people to mention, and even when told to run he stayed, almost taunting. The next few days he would follow me around town taunting and teasing me of his act, until finally he drew his arrows and readied them into his bow. I warned him more than enough to put them away and leave, and he would not, so I struck him down. This was witnessed by Grugnak, an orc (or so I believe that was his name) and Vahkos Nosral. I could very easily drag this trial on longer and throw ludicrus charges, but my belief in this system and knowing it be busy shall keep my peace from here on out and let thy do the job intended.

Me Grugnak. Me stood on bridge to Sheep tavern. Me talked to nice elf lady Arkadia, she very polite. Elf came, name Avaloner. He watched us. Suddenly he draw arrow out of quiver. Wanted to shoot fair lady! Lady told him to go. Twice. More than twice. Me also did. He refused and wanted to shoot lady. But Grugnak was there! Lady shoot him instead in self-defence. She told Grugnak that elf attacked her before. Several times. So she had good reason. Otherwise Avaloner would have killed her. Self-defense. Not guilty, nice lady. Me says, Avaloner should be jailed, not fair lady. After events many man protected lady from revenge of elf man. Ask them, Grugnak tells truth. No lie. Me is just orc, not famous, not rich, not noble. Believe me, not money nor fame. Believe truth.

From my understanding, this rude elf also shoved the lady. That alone is reason enough to justify his own attack. He has also clearly been warned several times to keep away, but he refused to listen.

Ork i have never be an dangerou for the lady i have sayed that more times and you have a Proplem that i looking at my arrows Oh wait i forgot orks cannot think and you are a friend of this girl so you are not neutral enough.And shoved you only because there was an man in the libary tied for some hours and you has not helped him the withness would be Turnupto. This case is folly and a waste of Lyrenzias good time. The lady in question of the charge, Arkadia, should be granted innocens of the matter.

It is well know that I dislike the lady Arkadia, in fact I dare say calling her a lady is improper use of the word. So when I say that I write in her defence, it is not becuase I am a friend of hers, nor anthing else. Simply a witnes who saw the deeds done and is prepared to write the truth.

I wil not waste time and write what I have seen for it has be documented by other people, Grugnak Meglos, Brendan Mason. All have spoke the simple truth.

A lady has the right to defend her self from a stalker, Avaloner is nothing more so than that. He follows her around day and night, no matter where she goes. She has on numerouse occasions, myself witness to. Asked him to stop and leave her alone. But he did not.
So now after days of him following her and being asked not to, days of him harassing and anyoing her, days of worry and terror at what he might do to her if he got her alone in some dark allyway. He has got what he deserves.

It is up to the good people of Lyrenzia to decide what is and what is not true but I bid you save wasting yor time and throw this case out. Justice has already been served here and I would be disgusted to see criminals like Avaloner get their way and further terrorise their victims by talking them to court. Criminals should not be able to have thier way with their victim then take them to court and make out that they are the guilty party.

rathe yes you really dislike her, isaw it hwo you dislike her.What is she she can decide were i go i'm a free Man and can go were i want nobody say me what i do and nobody attacks me and then think this will have no consequents.Only because you are friends of here and i have not withness and not an good Englsih speaker it will not mean that you all cann turn the right from me around like you want.

((hun, you can bash ark all you want in character, but don't go bashing my RP. I have been trying for months to get her shaped and it actually hurts my feelings when you make fun of the way she is played. Makes me feel like the hours and hours of pure rp gameplay I have done has been useless, the long drawn out war with drathe and others....I mean, I rp more than I actually work, thats why ark isnt a master at anything and is dirt poor. so bash ark in character, but not ooc, cause your bashing me at that point and i sooo dont need any more depression in my life. ((with that message you say you are not able to play rp.You played months don't be sure your char is only 411** .When somebody cames in your char live you are not able to react to somebody new very interresting.And saying that you rp more than work hmm let me think isn't this normal by an rp playing more rp than work? And its only a game when you think i hurt you when i critises your pk so maybe you should think about this and change that and when somebody has a war with other why do this char healed by them i don't know you char history and i don't want influece it any more it seems you don't want that not my proplem))

Another thing for this trial to consider is, Avaloner made sexual remarks about Arkadia, such as her smell her look ect.
