Today I was walking through town, I came accross a flame on a field of grain outside the shop, and two more towards the town walls. There was speculation as one Dwarf claimed it was the work of Darlok, and I doubted this, as it is not of Darlok's nature to do this so blatently. The Elf who's field was casted on then said that it had been an elf.

Later, as I was selling fine leather wares, such as boots, leggings and all torso armour; at good merchant prices, I was cast upon. I jumped out of the poison cloud and turned swiftly round, seeing the elf known as Asteron fleeing across my vision.

I ask that this Elf be brought before Lyrenzia under the following charges:

1. Use of excessive magic in town.
2. Unneccesary use of magic in town.
3. Unjustified attack upon myself.

Below is a list of witnesses whom I appeal to in the hope they testify.

The Lizard known as Saurin was present when I was casted upon, though Asteron was out of his line of sight.
The Elf who's field was casted on is unknown to me and I appeal to him to testify.
There were numerous humans present too, unknown to me, and yet another unknown elf running through the forest seconds after Asteron had casted.

You said something about Darlok Towncasting... Explain please.

Darlok was not towncasting. Someone accused him of doing so, yet it was not so.

On the subject of town casters here are two more who have casted flames repeatedly after warning in the town tavern and around it:

Female elf- Qaylia
Male halfling- Gordom

Witnesses are Gannon, Muten Roshi (Renamed Himasyn), and Iqloo

So, did you actually see or hear the elf casting on you?

I can give you the following charges:

1) Hermie accuses Asteron of an unjustified attack against himself
2) Hermie accuses Asteron of unneccessary and excessive use of spells within the town.

I'll remind you however, that charge 2 only works if it is found that Asteron casted in the town on a different occasion other than when attacking you.

Will these charges be alright?

I'll also remind you at this point that your quality and quantity of witnesses seem weak (at least for me) at this point, so you may want to find some people to vouch for the reliability of your witnesses.

I heard the elf Asteron cast on me, though I did not see it. He was the only person at the time who could have done so. As there were only a few people in front of me I knew it was not them as the voice came from behind me. When I turned, Asteron was the only person in sight, and due to the hot weather the trees were so wilted and dry I could see clearly that there was no one in them.

The people I named were the only people present at the time. If there are not enough witnesses to my case then it might as well be dropped and I can take things into my own hands.

Hello!

I can say for sure, that this elf casted in town and on Hermie, while he was selling his wares. The elf also casted on this other elf's (I think Aradhul Rythwier) field, as Hermie said.

The towncasting elf was seen doing this several times, about 5 or 6 times, always casting poison flames on other people or on entrances, he also pushed me and Denon (Dwarf) from the top of the library, so that I almost died and Denon did die, witnesses i can tell a lot:

Robert Schwarzfuss (Orc)
Elvin Shaeron (Elf)

I think there will come another judicial trial on this elf, for the other unallowed actions he did...

Hmm.. Iqloo testifys agenst someone? I know little about him.. but for sure i know that he would not do such a thing. Muten aswell. I am not completely sure about this 'Gannon' you speak of though.
