how should a elf get a bow without having too buy it or cut down trees because it says that  elfs should not hurt enything living exept for those that attack the elf. Couldnt there be a special abillite for elfs like maybe grow a plant into a bow and then use some sort of arrows

Errrhm... that's a cheap solution. They use their nature wisely, they will chop down trees if they need to.

i know what he meant but how should i change it well back too topic he have too find a way too make the elfs able too make a bow because an elf cant hurt enything living

Who said that Elfs can't hurt anything living? There are some who can't and some who can. I mean, you could also say that a humans can't hurt anything living or else.
But i think it should be a topic for the proposal-board.
