Who puts the charaters in the game? Just a question I thought of and I hope to find friendly answers!

Do you mean wich person actives your account or how plays the chars?
Th person i know wich avtivates the accounts is Cosmaterra and the chars are played by the players .

You create your char, one of the GMs accepts (or denies) it, and the server programmer then activates the accepted chars.
