The Lyrenzia Foundation invites all citizens to a meeting to discuss and find solutions from this dangerous drought.

The meeting will be on Tuesday, the 22.th July at 8.00 p.m. CET on the balcony of the library.

Die Lyrenzia Foundation läd alle Bürger zu einem Treffen ein, um Lösungen für die gefährliche Dürre zu diskutieren und zu finden.

Das Treffen wird am Dienstag, den 22. Juli um 20.00 MEZ auf dem Balkon der Bibliothek sein.

I will not be able to attend as I'll be off the island on business, but I was wondering... Is it possible for a small expedition to go to another island with fresh water and bring it back?

That expedition would have to have a lot of people in order to move carry enough water back to make a difference... and some of the water may "dissapear" on the way back, I don't know if it is worthwhile unless we absolutely have to...

I also wills not be here that day.

If you are goings to another island, why nots just live there?

Unfortunately, I am not able to meet at 8:00. Please note that I am concerned about the drought though.

hmm...what we should do is examine the source of the water and see if their is anything wrong with were the water is comming from......also we should study this increasing heat, to see if it is magicaly created heat, or naturaly created, to find its cause.....

Another piece of bad news for us all:
The sun had destroyed firnis plants. The grass is burning. I find these through all the fields, where flowers and strawberries used to be. There are yet some places that always stay in shadow, and there are still some flowers there, so I suggest that people get their bags and start gathering the last of the herbs before those die too. Time to prepare for major climate changes.

Leider werde ich zu deisem Zeitpunkt nicht zugegen sein. Daher würde ich gerne bitten das mir jemand nach dieser versammlugn die Ergebnise zuträgt.
Ich würde den Vorschlag einreichen einen Brunnen zu errichten, Durch die neuen Stadmauern gehen wir auch gefahr belagert zu werden. Das frische Wasser würde in dieser Zeit knapp werden udn man könnte uns aushungern, ausdürsten. Es ist natürlich ekine Lösung gegen die Dürre sondern würde nur für eine kurz entspannung der Situation führen.
Die einzige Lösung ist es, den Grund für diese Dürre zu finden und gegen diesen anzugehen. Sprich das Übel an der Wurzel packen. Alles andere sind nur Lösungen auf Zeit und bekämpfung der Syntome.

ich habe neuhigkeiten. ich war heute für kurze zeit in der sengend heissen wüste und unternahm einen kleinen versuch. wie es scheint ist der sand im ursprünglichen gebiet der wüste noch gut genug um darin quarzsand zu finden. doch vorsicht, die hitze dort ist unerträglich und ich rate von zulangem aufenthalt ab.

i have some news. i was in the desert today. it seems that the sand in the former area of the desert is good enough so that you can dig for sand there. but be careful, the heat is terrible, don't work too much.

Das Treffen heute ist hiermit abgesagt und wird auf morgen, Mittwoch, zur selben Zeit verschoben.

Just as a small sugestion, looking at the recent weather has it not occured to anybody that maybe its the hot weather which is the casue of the drought.?

But is the cause of the weather natural? Perhaps too much magic has caused an imbalance in nature? If it is natural then maybe we can do nothing about it but prepare and try to wait till the rains come.

Da ich am morgigen Tag nicht zum Treffen erscheinen kann, bitte ich einen von euch, mir und dem Rest der nicht anwesenden Personen einen Bericht zu erstellen, indem steht was Besprochen wurde und welche Entschlüsse gefasst wurden. Vielen Dank im Vorraus.

I remember over hearing something about Geomancy, for those of you who do not know much about it, here is what I heard;

'Using the river to form the substance of your water spell, there is no more need to transform water from high amounts of your own mana.
This is the biggest advantage behind Geomancy, in that the amount of mana used is so insignificantly low compared to conventional Rune Magic.'

I also heard an Elven teller of fortunes talk about the stars and constellations. Here is what she said;

'The constellation of spirits, the constellation of chaos, and the constellation of blood are to soon all be seen in the nights sky.'
She went on to talk about how these three each reprisent a part of the body. I also remember reading a book in the library about constelations comming together to from a link of some kind. Tho when I went to find this book again it was missing.

There are a few things there that are, I think possibly related in someway to this. I mean maybe someone has found away to use Geomancy again and is using it for what ever purpose in the comming of the stars.
Tho then again, maybe I had a few to many beers at the tavern when I thought about this

DId anything get solved? I was at the meeting for the first half hour or so, but do to unfortunate reasons I had to leave. So did anyone learn or any good solutions present themselves?

A course and a possible solution has been found.
However, as I did not attend the actual meeting, but only joined the research party afterwards, someone else should summarize the outcome of the meeting for everyone.

It was somthing about Darlok, and a castle, butmany think Darlok is the cause of this drought.

That´s rediculous. That would mean, Dalok is stonger than the Natuer and so stonger than Ushara.
