I regret to yet again, inform the town, that the destert has expanded again, a great deal south, and a great deal west, towards the town, this island is slowly but surley becomming a wasteland.

We must gather what little water the river still has for our own existance. Then we must try to find why this is happening, then a solution. I fear, that the town will indeed become a desert, and we will be forced to leave this island and hope to make it to the mainland or another island that will accept us... I fear that a large change in the way we live will come...

by Aragon
---
In the evening, after his engaged wife and their children are sleeping, Aragon went to the small chapel in the Eldan monastry of Falk and kneeled down before the altar, praying and moaning to the gods, to his god Malachín, but also to Ushara, Tanora and of course Oldra.
The land is in need of water, urgent water.
Is there no priest of Oldra in our town to sacrify her. Or if Darzog, the novice of Tanora was here again. And I am wishing, that Falkner is back again on our iland, the servant of the nature.

---
And again, Aragon is in the chapelle for hours and prays to the gods for help and advice.

i will pray to irmorom, it cannot be his will that noone can work. its bad that rugosch isn't in town, but i will do my best. this counts for everyone of you, pray to your gods, we need their help.
----------------------------------

hmmm, i believe that we will be able to survive for even the loliest mages can conjure up food from nothing, while druids make drinks from things we can still gather, even if the herbs necessary are scarece. I believe we will survive this drought if we all work together
