me and my brother both play this game, is it allowed for us to help eachother? 
if you help him because of OOC (out of character) reasons... I would say "NO!"
if you make it an IG (ingame) reason, why not?...
think of a good IG reason... is he your friend? a relative? your brother?
and what do you mean with help?
is it material help? do you want to give all the stuff away for free just because he could probably use it?...
probably I best tell you, just to act like your character would... be YOUR character and SEE with YOUR character's eyes...
